There are a variety of ways that you can get involved at New
Brighton Christian Assembly. Please contact
the church office for more information on helping out
or participating in any of the ministries listed below.
1. Ministry of
helps:
Come help uplift and encourage one another at NBCA. Opportunities
to minister are available in the following areas:
• Helping Hands
• Ushers
• Parking Attendants
• Home Groups
• Transportation
• Hospitality
• Greeters
• Tape Ministry
• Prayer Groups
• Visitation
Or volunteer with a support group:
• Nursing Home Ministry
• Prison Ministry
• Special Honor Outreach
• Partners in Joy

Women’s Ministry:
Get involved in NBCA’s women’s ministry. Attend
retreats, seminars, Bible studies and various outreaches.
Join the women of NBCA and develop new friendships while honoring
Jesus in a fun environment through one of our Girl Time Groups.
3. Men’s Ministry:
Make new friends at NBCA’s men’s ministry. The men’s
ministry offers opportunities for fun, fellowship, teaching
and accountability. The men's ministry often plans activities
that may include baseball games, golfing, barbecues and Bible
studies.
4. Young Adult Ministry:
The young adult ministry provides fellowship and teaching
for 18–25 year olds every Wednesday night. Come to a
Bible study that teaches on topics that young adults face
in today’s society. Monthly socials are planned that
may include outings to coffeehouses, concerts, outdoor recreation,
and much more.
5. Powersource Youth Ministry:
Teens in grades seven to twelve meet Wednesday nights for
a time of dynamic praise, exciting fellowship and motivating
messages at NBCA. In addition, Powersource provides activities
including retreats, conferences, lock-ins and other fun events.
If you’re a teen, come to Powersource to learn more about
God and to make new friends.
6. Children’s Ministry:
NBCA provides opportunity for your child to receive teaching
and ministry from the word of God during every service. Each
class is taught by trained teachers and helpers who prepare
lessons tailored for your child’s age group. In addition,
various activities including summer church camp, vacation
Bible school and musicals are available to your child.
The following classes are part of the children’s ministry:
• Jesus Junction: newborns thru Kindergarten
• Champions for Christ: 1st thru 6th grade
7. Public Preschool:
New Brighton Christian Assembly Preschool provides a quality
education with a spiritual emphasis for your child. A loving
environment helps each student develop in the emotional, social
and spiritual areas of his or her life.
NBCA offers three preschool classes. Three year olds meet
twice a week, while two Pre-K classes meet three times a week.

Music Ministry:
NBCA is blessed to have to have a progressive music ministry.
Talented singers and musicians comprise the church choir and
band, while sound technicians work behind the scenes. Each
of these musicians contributes to the excellent praise and
worship that are a part of every service.

ministry:

Prayer Ministry:
Prayer is an integral part of everything that involves NBCA.
There is power in prayer.
10. Family Life Ministry:
Be
a part of a home builder's group, Seniors Fellowship, or enjoy a "Time For Us" Marriage Weekend Retreat.
